Chris Petersen
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Chris Petersen joined Lanzone Morgan in 2022 after graduating from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Chris was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, and from an early age, his parents instilled the importance of helping the vulnerable. This service to others included volunteering in soup kitchens, animal shelters, and food banks. In addition to his volunteer work, Chris was a very competitive athlete. From playing sports like soccer and basketball, Chris learned the value of teamwork as well as the importance of hard work toward achieving a goal. These traits translate seamlessly into his work at Lanzone Morgan as he has found that hard work and teamwork go a long way towards achieving justice for our clients and their families.
Chris attended the University of Arizona Eller College of Management where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While at the University of Arizona, Chris continued his service to others by assisting transfer students as they make a difficult transition to a large university. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he decided to go to law school because he knew the legal profession would provide him the opportunity to make a difference.

While in law school, he had the opportunity to work in various areas of law. His favorite roles were those where he could help achieve justice for all, such as working in consumer and environmental protection.
Once Chris began working at Lanzone Morgan, he knew that elder abuse and nursing home neglect is the right area of law for him to pursue his passion for helping the underserved. Further, Lanzone Morgan has given Chris the opportunity to utilize his tenacity to help bring justice to a vulnerable population and their families. Chris is grateful for the opportunity to work with such a committed team and to be able to learn from the experienced and knowledgeable partners, Anthony and Jim. Going forward, Chris looks forward to continuing to fight for victims of elder abuse and neglect because he strongly believes that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, especially senior citizens.
