Winning a Financial Elder Abuse Case

My brother was the victim of LW’s fraud. Mr. Eber was a veteran who’d fallen on hard times, essentially if somebody doesn’t have sufficient income and they have physical limitations, the government will pay for them to receive caregiving services. So Mr. Eber was receiving caregiving services from this company, but they were defrauding him. They weren’t providing him with the full services he was supposed to receive. For a long time, my brother and I, we worked talking to government agencies. We talked to other law firms, and we could not get anybody to represent us until I had a referral to Lanzone Morgan, specifically Jim Morgan. The jury disagreed with them and awarded a verdict for over four hundred thousand. I wish my brother was alive today, so he could personally tell you how grateful and happy he was to have selected Lanzone Morgan to represent him. A lot of our clients are veterans, fought in World War II, these are the people that help build this country. They do not deserve to be neglected and abused. They do not deserve anything but our utmost respect. There’s just absolutely no excuse.
