One thing we’re really proud of here at Lanzone Morgan is our intake process. When somebody calls us with a nursing home neglect or abuse case, we take it seriously and we talk to them.
If, by some reason, somebody’s not available to talk to them right away, they usually get that, get their phone call, return the same day and at the very least within 24 hours.
We’re very proud of that. We take these complaints seriously because we know that these situations are very urgent for the people in the nursing homes. I mean, if they’re not getting proper hydration, proper nutrition, if they’re not getting to the hospital when they have pain in their hip or their leg, these are serious matters and they need to be addressed quickly.
