Has Lanzone Morgan, LLP Been Successful in Trial?

Lanzone Morgan Law firm has been very successful for our clients in nursing home cases in getting favorable settlements, verdicts and judgments against nursing homes and assisted living facilities. By way of example, last year we were successful getting a seven figure verdict in downtown Los Angeles for a nursing home resident who had multiple falls in a fracture.

Last year we finished up a case that unfortunately lasted five years. In that case, after five years and in the middle of trial, we were offered $50,000 to settle the case. We had already spent $100,000 on the case, and they offered us 50 to settle. We turned it down, and then the defense attorney told the jury that the case was worth less than $5,000. We were pretty insulted by that. Thankfully, the jury saw the case our way, found in our favor, including punitive damages against the defendant.

We got a favorable verdict, and then within about six months their client wrote us a check for a seven figure check in order to settle the case. I would say yes, we have been very successful for our clients, and I’ve been doing this for 25 years, and I can’t go through the list of all of our six and seven figure verdicts and settlements and judgments, but we’ll be happy to discuss the value of each client’s case with them when they call.
