Charlotte Guillory joined Lanzone Morgan, LLP in 2024, beginning in a part-time role and later transitioning to full-time. Originally from Berkeley, California, Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach, where she played Division I soccer.
While completing her degree, Charlotte balanced academics and athletics with multiple jobs, an experience that shaped her resilience and deepened her appreciation for teamwork. She brings that same collaborative spirit to her role at the firm and is always eager to learn, grow, and engage with clients and colleagues alike.
Charlotte is inspired by her two older sisters and grounded by a close relationship with her parents. Passionate about doing what’s right and speaking up when it matters, she takes pride in supporting the firm’s mission to advocate for those who need it most.
